Dr. Bischoff graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1981. Following graduation he entered Northwestern University Dental School and graduated with honors in 1985. He then began teaching at the dental school and joined a private practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In 1989 Dr. Bischoff began a two year residency program in Prosthodontics at the VA medical Center in Milwaukee and Marquette University dental school.
He continued his studies in prosthodontics with a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at Eye and Ear Hospital in Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Dental School.
While treating patients with advanced dental and facial reconstruction he had the opportunity to travel as part of a team with the Plastic Surgery department to Nicaragua to provide free rehabilitation to severe cleft lip and palate and burn patients.
